Activities
As a research officer in my organization, my first mission is to conducted research and Internship activities in the field by propose working plan and help student in the collecting of theirs data. Secondly, a have a function of data analysis and data manager this include to manage all the step of cycle of research project management. I generally represent my organization during the OECMs project workshop as an associate Expert. The research project that I manage focus on waters quality bioindicators (macroinvertebrates, microbial communities and phytoplankton), geomorphology, impact of wave and tide around the coast and the understanding of system carbonate parameters in coastal and marine sides.
Skills
I have a pluridisciplinary skills such as estuary and marine biogeochemistry, numerical ecology, data analysis, measurement and analysis of carbonate system and coastal Eutrophication parameters to understand Ocean Acidification (OA) and Coastal eutrophication respectively. In others, I have strong skills in aquatics macroinvertebrates taxonomy using some identification keys, methodology of research, project writing, cartography and data management. In addition, I have a remarkable capacities to work in high depth marine area.
Comment(s)
I am an Early Career Ocean Professionnal (ECOP). I followed many national and international workshop and conferences. The recent was the Workshop on BIOTTA Ocean Acidification GOA ON in-a box in the University of Accra (Ghana) and The Global Eutrophication Monitoring (GEM) in a box kit in Quadra Island (Canada). I have a passion for water quality studies and Biogeochemistry in Coastal and marine area. I want to develop a thesis work on this topic include Biofouling communities.
