I am a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, World Commission on Environmental Law (IUCN WCEL). In this capacity, I participated in IUCN's Advisory Group and contributed to the preparation of IUCN's written submission to the ICJ in re: the Obligations of States In Respect of Climate Change (Request for Advisory Opinion).
As an attorney and consultant, I offer law of the sea/public international law/policy advice and representation to sovereign states and non-state actors and stakeholders.
