I am attending a PhD
programme in Polar Sciences at Ca Foscari University of Venice but I am actually working directly in the
operational oceanography section of OGS having direct contact with
observational data from gliders, moorings and ARGO floats. I am currently investigating with Deep ARGO float data the water masses in the Southern Ocean

Skills
I have had the
opportunity to learn how to use some scientific software and
computer tools
such as Matlab, Excel, and R. While working in different laboratories I’ve acquired diverse
laboratory skills, modeling skills, writing skills, communication skills,
shipboard training, etc.
Given my
personal interests in the sea sciences, I also have a PADI advanced diver certificate.
