I design, lead, and interpret rigorous and investigative sociological research within interdisciplinary teams to catalyse fair, evidence‑based transformations toward sustainable socioecological systems. Driven by universal values—courage, compassion and respect—I apply mixed and innovative methodologies to illuminate human–nature relationships, inform just decision‑making, and advance resilient, inclusive futures.

My research integrates qualitative, quantitative, and participatory methods to generate actionable insights; co‑produces knowledge with stakeholders, honouring local and traditional knowledge systems; translates findings into practical policies, tools, and governance innovations; and evaluates outcomes for social justice, ecological integrity, and long‑term sustainability.
