Under the guidance of my supervisor, I have conducted research on maritime law enforcement, the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (the Ocean Decade), and BBNJ, with a particular focus on capacity building. These areas constitute the core of my academic interests and research experience in the field of the law of the sea.

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Hainan University, major in the law of the sea. I hold a Master of Laws degree from Hainan University, China, and an LL.M. in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom. With solid academic training and a strong legal background, I have developed a particular interest in Law of sea, especially BBNJ and global ocean governance. I am highly motivated to engage in research in these fields and am eager to actively participate in related academic activities and projects.
