WAS OUR VOLUNTARY COMMITMENT TO THE OCEAN CONFERENCE OF THE UNITED STATES, HELD ON JUNE 5-9, 2017 IN NEW YORK. REGISTRATION NUMBER: 16366
International Association for Partnership and Emergence in Africa (AIPEA) and International Association for the Indigent Poor and Assistance (AIPIA) will jointly coordinate the implementation of their vision in collaboration with several stakeholders.
Our joint action plan (AIPEA and AIPIA) will have eight priority scientific areas:
UNIVERSE SCIENCE / LAND, SPACE SCIENCE, ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE AND LIFE SCIENCE, BLUE AND GREEN ECONOMY, ECOLOGY, SOCIAL AND HUMAN.
1 - Relay scientific information (oceanic, maritime, marine and spatial / geospatial, maritime, etc ...), to radiate the global system of observation of land and oceans (Argos system, and many others ) to UN Member States, and to all organizations / bodies operating in the above fields, as well as to civil society, youth, students, etc.
2 - To be a European and global backup bridge of communication / marketing and scientific, technological, social and human / economic and environmental information between civil society, international organizations / bodies and UN Member States;
3 - Build understanding between private - public - private - private partners, building their capacities;
4 - Secure and strengthen the blue-green economy;
5 - Support marine / spatial and geospatial maritime coordination (ocean governance, etc ...);
6 - Support the prohibition of deep-sea fishing at more than 900 meters worldwide (except agreement of the European Union and the UN, with appropriate machines), as well as the researches on the acidification of the ocean , etc ...
7 - Supporting and Participating in the emergence of our societies, as well as global sustainability,
8 - to encourage and support all actions to obtain the recognition of social security and universal health at the UN.
