Currently working for the State's Environment Department (SEMA), in the Sustainable Development Coordination, more specifically in the Public Policy and Environmental Projects cell. I work on projects related to coastal management, monitoring, looking for solutions, articulating with society, with public policies and other instruments that help in the sustainable management of coastal areas.
Skills
Knowledge of technical matters in the field of Environmental and Sanitary Engineering. Domain on Public Policies and Environmental Projects, mainly focused on coastal management.
In addition to the scientific knowledge acquired throughout the academic journey, I have great facility (and even preference) for working in a team, I have flexibility in dealing with new people, as well as in dealing with pressure and deadlines. I take risks when I have confidence in a process, and I always care for good coexistence in the workspace.
Always willing to learn and to teach what I can, with patience and empathy. I'm very easy and curious to learn new subjects and I don't expect this to come to me, I'm always asking about everything, so that I can act in the right way, with respect, ethics and looking for solutions and improvements.
