1) Bycatch rates of marine megafauna in the island of Maio,
2) North Atlantic humpback whale population migration patterns and abundance,
3) Efficiency for Cabo Verde loggerhead turtle conservation.

North Atlantic Ocean

I work in marine conservation in Cabo Verde Islands where I contribute to the conservation of endangered and or protected marine species. I also assist in awareness raising of local communities and am currently coordinating a participatory monitoring of marine megafauna with local fishermen.
