I work at Mercator-ocean International and I am in charge of the Portfolio and stakeholder engagement team in which we oversee the entire product lifecycle and their evolutions. We collect user needs for new products and services, including major accounts and political players, and conduct technical and scientific feasibility studies of future products in order to develop a schedule and functional specifications to inject them into the catalogue.
