As a developing country Bangladesh lags
behind in
the oceanographic field because a very small number of scientists are working
in these fields. The absence of women scientist in this sector pushed me to
think about all these significant means which will provide me some lesson to
overcome the challenge of my country’s status in these research fields and
build my future career as a women scientist.
