Our team of experts, led by our founder and Principal Consultant Mr. Md Sadat Khan, is dedicated to providing clients with strategic and sustainable solutions that meet their unique needs and goals.

Our company was founded in November 2021, and we are registered in Netherlands, with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 84637684 and VAT registration (BTW) number NL003992439B26. Our consultancy is based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and our services are available to clients across the world. Our office at Putselaan 212B, 3073JM, Rotterdam, is easily accessible by public transportation, and we are always available to meet with clients on-site or off-site as needed.

We have expertise in a wide range of project works, from advising on the development of individual properties to contributing to large-scale urban planning strategies. Our team can work with individuals, private sector companies, and public sector organizations.

Our Principal Consultant, Mr. Md Sadat Khan, is a highly qualified expert with a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, and an MBA in Finance & Banking from Jahangirnagar University in Bangladesh. He also completed an MSc in Urban Management and Development with a specialization in Urban Environment, Sustainability, and Climate Change from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands. Mr. Md Sadat Khan has spent many years working as an urban governance and planning specialist, providing technical assistance to coastal area municipalities to increase their capacity for implementing sustainable and climate resilient infrastructure development programs.
